You can return most items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Some items like perishables and personalized products are not eligible for return.

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once an order is shipped, you'll need to request a return after receiving the item. Go to 'My Orders' to cancel an unshipped order.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
You can update your delivery address in your account settings under 'Profile'. For orders already placed, contact customer service to update the address if the order hasn't been shipped yet.
