Return Eligibility

You can return most items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and in original condition
In original packaging with all tags attached
Accompanied by proof of purchase
Not damaged or altered in any way

Items Not Eligible for Return

Perishable items (food, beverages, etc.)
Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
Items without original packaging
Personalized or custom-made products
Items purchased on sale or clearance (unless defective)

How to Return an Item

Step 1:Log in to your account and go to "My Orders"

Step 2:Select the order and click "Request Return"

Step 3:Provide the reason for return and submit your request

Step 4:Wait for approval and follow the return instructions

Step 5:Package the item securely and send it back to us

Return Processing

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition:

We will process your return within 3-5 business days
You will receive a refund to your original payment method
Refund processing may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account
You will be notified via email once the return is processed
